  • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate model performance and validate hypotheses.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and modeling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods, and experience with hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, and natural language processing.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
