Professional Services Manager

• We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Professional Services Manager to join our team.
• You will help clients set up and customize Connecteam based on their business needs.
• You will integrate it with other platforms.
• You will migrate data from their existing systems.
• You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, improve business processes, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients daily to understand their needs and deliver professional services.
• Configure Connecteam features based on client workflows and business requirements.
• Integrate Connecteam with other platforms and migrate data from existing tools.
• Complete client tasks and implementation activities independently.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and integration partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a SaaS company (required).
• Native-level English proficiency (required).
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working with new tools and technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering quality service.
